19 FAQs

1) What is the “Dispute Evidence Bundle”?

A standardized package for review workflows: 1-page Evidence Sheet (PDF) + Proof Card (PNG) + Portable Receipt (JSON).

2) Does it guarantee winning a chargeback?

No. Vraimony is integrity-only and makes it easier to present consistent documentation. Outcomes depend on the platform/bank policies and the case.

3) What exactly does Vraimony prove?

It verifies integrity (tamper-evidence): whether a receipt (hash + signature) was modified after issuance. It does not prove truth, identity, delivery, or item condition.

4) What should I attach when replying to a dispute?

Attach: Evidence Sheet PDF + Proof Card PNG + order info (invoice/order summary) + any platform-required documents. Keep it neutral and consistent.

5) What should I avoid saying?

Avoid over-claims: “guaranteed”, “court-proof”, “identity verified”, “proved delivery/condition”, or anything that sounds like legal advice.

6) What are the recommended timeline checkpoints?

Keep a simple, readable flow: packed → handed_over → delivered → opened. The Transaction Pack follows this structure.

7) Do I need to upload customer data?

No. Default posture is privacy-first and hash-only. Avoid adding personal data to labels/notes unless your policy requires it.

8) Can I use photos or videos?

Optional. The recommended approach is to hash files (you keep them). Use photos/videos only when needed and avoid embedding personal data.

9) What is a Receipt ID?

A non-personal identifier referencing a receipt object. It can be used to open verify tools and generate bundle outputs.

10) Where does verification happen?

Verification tools live on a separate read-only domain: verify.getevidex.net. Issuance/marketing live on getevidex.net.

11) Is there tracking or analytics?

No individual tracking: no analytics cookies, no fingerprinting, no per-user IDs. Only aggregated counters for abuse defense.

12) Does the WordPress plugin run remote scripts?

No. The plugin embeds an iframe-only widget and does not load third-party JS libraries.

13) Can I add this to order emails?

Yes. Add a link/button to the Transaction Pack or to a verify link (Receipt ID). Keep language integrity-only and avoid legal guarantees.

14) What if the platform asks for a single PDF?

Use the 1-page Evidence Sheet PDF. Keep other artifacts ready (PNG/JSON) if they allow additional uploads.

15) How do I respond in under a minute?

Use Woo Autopilot → Compute completeness → Generate Public Bundle (PDF/PNG/Receipt JSON) + Copy Response Text. No evidence ZIP.

16) Why a Private Appendix?

Sometimes you need internal notes (carrier refs, internal workflow notes) that should never be public. The Private Appendix is stored only in your Woo store (order meta). It is never sent to Verify and is optional (OFF by default).

17) What stays public vs local?

Public bundle outputs are PII-safe by default: 1-page PDF + Proof Card PNG + Receipt JSON. Any sensitive notes should remain local in your store (Private Appendix). Avoid putting customer names/emails/addresses into labels or notes.

18) Does Autopilot use AI detection as proof?

No. Autopilot is a deterministic checklist + score + playbooks. If you handle AI-misuse allegations (education workflows), it explicitly says AI detection is not proof.

19) Where do I keep ROI proof without tracking?

Use Case studies (manual template) + illustrative examples. No forms and no trackers. Replace examples with your own numbers only after you verify and have permission.
